Nafto Serve is committed to the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management practices at our operating units in Istanbul Turkey.

IMS is designed to help us to meet or exceed the requirements of our clients and internationally recognized standards such as API Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 latest editions as well as comply with pertinent legal and industry requirements. The IMS Quality Policy of our Organization is strongly oriented to customer satisfaction, by implementing an IMS and reviewing specific customers’ requirements.

Nafto Serv is committed to providing the “Provision of land and offshore Drilling and Lifting Equipment Inspection and NDE Services for Oil and Natural Gas Industry” as per API specifications and applicable customer requirements. It is a primary objective of Nafto Serve management to meet our contractual requirements and provide services, the needs and expectations of our internal and external parties and creates a competitive advantage for the company and our stakeholders. As such, management shall provide the necessary resources to ensure implementation and monitoring of this policy throughout Business units. In addition, Nafto Serve Business streams shall commit to

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding our Customers’ Expectations for Service Quality and performance.
  • Accomplish Quality Objectives by establishing, Implementing, and Maintaining a documented effective Integrated Management System
  • Timely Delivery of Products and services to meet our Customer Requirements.
  • Consulting with our customers to ensure we meet their needs and expectations and addressing them by continual improvement of our systems and practices.
  • Develop and support employees through learning, encouragement and empowerment in areas related to quality, the environment, safety, and occupational health.
  • Eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks.
  • Consult employees on HSE issues through safety representatives and engage employees to participate in HSE programs.
  • Ensuring that all our employees are aware of and understand this policy and make it available to the public & interested parties.

We remain committed to continual improvement through self-assessment, dedicated training, annual audits, and management reviews This policy along with the objectives shall be reviewed on an annual basis by General Manager, in conjunction with Operational Team for ongoing effectiveness and suitability in order to ensure continual improvement in Quality performance. We shall continually review the suitability and effectiveness of our IMS processes to ensure that we are continuing to meet shareholder and customers’ requirements and expectations.
